An Update from Our Office (cont.)

The worst part for most of us is not knowing what today or tomorrow will bring for ourselves and our family. In varying degrees, we have all recently experienced feelings of stress and anxiety.

Stress and anxiety are the body's reaction to harmful situations whether the situation is real or perceived. Stress and anxiety cause emotional distress, harm the body, and can compromise our immune systems. For more than 125 years, chiropractic care has helped people alleviate stress to Achieve and Maintain Optimal Health. By adjusting the spine, chiropractors remove interferences (stress) in the nervous system and allow your central nervous system (the Brain) to better communicate with your body. These chiropractic adjustments improve your overall health and wellbeing, especially when they are combined with good nutrition, regular exercise, restful sleep, and good hygiene.

Since the Covid-19 virus outbreak, our office has undergone changes. During this critical moment, we have stayed informed about best practices for chiropractic and medical offices. We are using CDC recommendations to ensure a safe environment for our staff and patients. From sanitizing our office and equipment to modifying patient appointments to maintain social distancing, our office procedures have evolved to meet the needs for our staff and patients. We are able to keep our office open so we can meet the social, safety, and health needs of our community. If you have questions or want to schedule an appointment, please get in touch with us. We would be happy to hear from you. In good health,
